Download an application, read it thoroughly, and fill it out completely.

Mail the completed Application (with the signed Policy Statement) to the
address at the bottom of the application. (Driver Education of Vermont, 10 Wolf
Ridge, Jericho, VT 05465-3007)

Send NO money at the time of mailing the application.

You will receive an email informing you of the class availability
shortly after your application arrives. A placement in the class WILL NOT be
given unless an application has been sent AND is on file with Driver
Education of Vermont.
6:
A letter of acceptance and a payment schedule will be mailed approximately 2
months before the first class. Payment must be made on the required dates
within the payment schedule or we be forced to go to the waiting list and
invite the next student in line.
7:
Once payment is received, nothing further needs to be done. All information
necessary for class and Parent Night attendance will be included in the
letter of acceptance.
